The Shimano CS-R7000 is a New-Generation 11-speed cassette with a wide range of uses - from MTB to trekking, Gravel, and Racing on the road. Use it on an 8-, 9- or 10-speed MTB or road rear wheel hub, an 11-speed MTB rear wheel hub, or on an 11-speed road freewheel, whereby an additional 1.85 mm spacer is required. The Hyperglide (HG-EV) technology uses special tooth profiles and climbing aids for a fast, precise index switching function.

A perfect companion to the SHIMANO 105 R7000 groupset, the R7000 cassette is available in a wide range of road and mixed-surface ratios. It is compatible with HG-EV and HG-X11 chains.
Note: Cage Size Compatibility - 11-32 t requires a rear derailleur with a (mid) long cage (GS), 12 -25 t requires a rear derailleur with a short cage (SS).
HG-EV
The HG-EV cassette is used for gradation and cadence management adapted to the rider. Shimano offers the optimum gear ratio for 11-speed shifting systems. You can
choose wider or narrower gradations to meet the respective requirements. With the HG-EV cassette, you get an 11-speed shifting system without compromises in robustness and an improved Hyperglide shifting function.
