The GelBot delivers two performance essentials in one easy-to-use bottle. Load the inner chamber with an energy gel and the rest of the bottle with water. This patent-pending design lets you fuel or hydrate with just one hand. Perfect for racing or endurance workouts.
When the dual mode nozzle is pulled open, you get water and water only. With the nozzle pushed down, you squeeze the gel out of the center valve.
All the Gel-Bot components can be disassembled and easily cleaned.
To use the Hydrapak GelBot:

Gel Capacity: 3.2 oz (~95ml).
