First experience for me, so really cant compare, but over all happy with investment. Did 5-6 average 20-35Kms ride and loved it. Observations: 1. Chain make some noise on the top gear, is this common? Surely did not expect that. 2. In one of the ride chain came out and then I need to put it back, is this common feature? Other then that, all good so far.
Dear Anand,
We are very glad to hear from you and happy to know that you are enjoying your rides. As informed earlier at the time of delivery, almost all bicycles go through a regular quick adaptive period where the metal parts of a bicycle like cable, screws, derailleur etc will slowly bend and flex to attain it's most tolerance area. We need to retighten/re tension the gear system in the first few days of ride to get it back in perfect conditions, which is part of the 1st routine service.
Kindly plan your visit and we will get it tuned up for you.
Wishing you great rides ahead.
Best Regards,
Team @ Cycling Boutique Inc.
