A full carbon XC and marathon hardtail featuring a RockShox SID suspension fork, Reynolds carbon wheelset, and a Shimano XT drivetrain and brakes, our BIG.NINE 7000 offers outstanding performance in any riding situation. The hugely compliant frame, paired with a carbon seat post, provides a comfortable ride, thus keeping the legs fresh for the final sprint.
Mountain biking is one of the most varied cycling disciplines and probably the most demanding when it comes to equipment. While full-suspension bikes offer amazing riding characteristics, the classic hardtail remains one of the purest tools for the job. Our 29er wheel is equipped BIG.NINE range comes in carbon and aluminum and features multiple geometry options. The carbon and LITE framed BIG.NINE, with its racing geometry, is an ideal companion on XC and marathon race tracks whilst the more relaxed geometry of the BIG.NINE TFS and SPEED offer a more comfortable, upright riding position. Large volume / volumetric weight Shipment - This product originates from our distribution center in Bangalore, India, and will be transported using the most reliable and premium courier partners to ensure reliable delivery of the product to you. Any orders received out of Bangalore will attract a nominal shipping charge, to be decided and applied by couriers, after the order is placed and when the product is ready for dispatch - by checking the volumetric weight of the shipment box. Applicable shipping charges by the transporter will be communicated and to be paid before the dispatch.
Flex-Stay
The seat and chainstay profile and carbon lay-up schedule are adapted to work like a flat leaf spring, absorbing surface bumps and reducing vibrations.
X-Taper Headtube
Our X-Tapered headtube offers the space for a tapered fork to be fitted. Tapered forks offer superb stiffness and precision and deliver confidence-inspiring steering.
Internal Cable Routing
Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.
Smooth Welding
Sometimes called ‘double pass welding, a second pass over the weld gives a clean organic look to the frame. At first glance, you will be convinced it is carbon.
Smart Entry
Cables, housings, and brake hoses are clamped under tension to prevent rattling when the trails or roads get rough. All inlets are completely interchangeable to deal with Di2, hydraulic hoses, brake cable, gear cable housings, etc.
DI2 Ready
Bikes/frames with the symbol ‘Di2 Ready’ are prepared for the installation of Di2 technology with battery mounting in the seat post or within the fork steerer.
AWS - Anti Wrinkle System
When creating the individual carbon elements, an inflatable bladder is used to ensure there are no wrinkles inside the tube as these can add weight and create weakness. This results in a lighter, stiffer and stronger frame.
Nano Matrix Carbon
To protect the integrity of carbon frames, the fibers are bonded together with an epoxy resin with added nano particles, increasing impact resistance by up to 40%.
