Our REACTO 4000 might be the most affordable aero bike in our range but is far from being an entry-level bike. Featuring our lightweight CF3 frame with race-proven geometry, the 4000 offers impressive comfort due to the generous tire clearance (up to 30 mm tires) and the fitted S-FLEX carbon seat post. At the same time, a super smooth and reliable Shimano 105 groupset keeps shifting in braking and perfect check. This is the ideal aero bike for your first steps into the racing world as well as challenging club rides.

Large volume / volumetric weight Shipment - This product originates from our distribution center in Bangalore, India, and will be transported using the most reliable and premium courier partners to ensure reliable delivery of the product to you. Any orders received out of Bangalore will attract a nominal shipping charge, to be decided and applied by couriers, after the order is placed and when the product is ready for dispatch - by checking the volumetric weight of the shipment box. Applicable shipping charges by the transporter will be communicated and to be paid before the dispatch.
X-Taper Headtube
Our X-Tapered headtube offers the space for a tapered fork to be fitted. Tapered forks offer superb stiffness and precision and deliver confidence-inspiring steering.
Internal Cable Routing
Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, whilst the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.
Nano Matrix Carbon
To protect the integrity of carbon frames, the fibers are bonded together with an epoxy resin with added nano particles, increasing impact resistance by up to 40%.
AWS
When creating the individual carbon elements, an inflatable bladder is used to ensure there are no wrinkles inside the tube as these can add weight and create weakness. This results in a lighter, stiffer and stronger frame.
Naca Fastback Profile
The aerodynamics are based around a NACA0028 teardrop profile (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics) which is truncated. Air moves around the tube as though the missing rear section of the teardrop were still there, saving weight by using less material.
Disc Cooler
A forged aluminum component under the front and/or rear caliper allows heat to dissipate through CNC-milled cooling fins. Tests show that temperatures are reduced by around 35 % and cooling times are shortened, optimizing the performance of the brake.
Internal Clamp
Designing WorldTour bikes is similar to Formula 1: apparently nondescript details can result in saving split seconds. Integrated seat-post clamping minimizes turbulence at the top tube.
Wire Port
MERIDA designed headsets that allow all control cables to enter the frame through the headset, creating a clean and uncluttered look, without making structural changes to the frame. Depending on the model, the cables are run completely internally (including bar and stem) or semi-integrated where the cables enter the frame underneath the stem.
