This favourite high-cadence riding shoe features a Competition last designed for a better and more comfortable fit. Previous increases toe pitch and heel lift, allowing the foot to expand under high pedalling pressure.

The shoe is supported by Lake's Race carbon fiber sole, which provides impressive stiffness and power transfer while remaining lightweight. To protect the shoe from premature wear, the full-grain leather upper includes a heel panel, a rubber bumper at the toe, and mesh panels for proper ventilation.

It features the CX/TX Competition Last, which is specifically designed for high-cadence riding and higher pressure. The CompetitioLastst has a more curved profile than the SporLastst, with key differences including increased toe pitch and heel lift, a tighter heel, and a slightly wider ball girth to allow the foot to expand under higher pressure.

The shoe also has a Lake Competition 100% Carbon Fiber Sole and is available in a 3-hole cleat pattern.

The upper is made of Fullgrain Water-Resistant Premium Leather or Clarino Microfiber, with an Outlast heel lining. The Helcor heel panel and rubber toe bumper help protect the upper from scuffs and scratches. The Outlast temperature-regulating heel and tongue lining offer a luxurious feel while maintaining a breathable, durable, and firm grip on your foot.
