A hard plastic base with sturdy silicone straps and a hex key(included) is needed to secure it onto the handlebar, once installed, it’s non-adjustable. 4 extra straps(5 total) are included that should provide compatibility for most handlebar sizes, including Aero bars. Please do not over-tighten, or the strap/mount might break. For 31.8mm handlebars please only use strap #6. If you are still having issues with the mount please contact us.
