Problem Solvers has typically catered to frames from earlier decades, before aluminium became more common. Because the structural load requirments remains the same, for the same geometry, aluminium tubes have thicker walls, or the OD (outer diameter) increases, as I found out, when ordered the Problem Solver seat clap.
