RSR 10 V Retention System
The lightweight yet resistant RSR 10M adjustable retention system provides the perfect personal fit. Thanks to its wraparound structure and multiple micro-metric vertical and horizontal positions for the size adjustment.

Rider safety is one of the primary goals of the Rudy Project. All our lines are manufactured with the finest materials, while bright and fluorescent colors ensure perfect visibility on the road, enhancing rider's security and drawing drivers' attention. Our helmets are equipped with reflective stickers to improve your visibility during the rides.

EPS in Mold Construction
In-Mold technology allows us to cast the external polycarbonate outer shell directly during the injection stage of the expandable polystyrene (EPS) impact-absorbing foam. The result is a much more rigid structure that is knock-resistant and extremely light, allowing for a better ventilation system. The combined action of the EPS structure, the polycarbonate cap, and the exo-skeleton creates resistance to the mechanical movement exercised by an impact. It dissipates the energy to prevent it from being transferred to the head of the person wearing the helmet.

Flip Up
The Flip Up system offers a unique and removable shield interface for full wraparound visual protection, enhanced flow dynamics, and atmospheric management minimizing eye strain. The practical magnetic flip-up system will ease you when putting the helmet on while cutting fog and maximizing cooling during long rides.

Wind Tunnel Testing Session
With 50 years of Formula 1 experience, the Swiss side has revolutionized the cycling industry with unmatched aerodynamic and engineering knowledge. The Swiss side conducted the enclosed wind tunnel study to prove the performance of the entire Rudy Project helmet collection.

Integrated Airframe
The airframe frontal padding minimizes the sweating inside the helmet, enhancing air circulation, avoiding the release of unpleasant smells, and ensuring the best level of performance.
