Shimano CN-HG601-11 Quick-Link chain - superb for 105 or SLX
The newer version of the Shimano CN-HG601 11-speed Quick-Link chain is mounted with a chain lock, not like one earlier version with a chain pin. It is the perfect choice for 105 and SLX groups and can also be used with e-bikes. The durability of the super-narrow chain is no less than that of 10-speed chains. Since it was developed in conjunction with other circuit components, it ensures optimal power transmission in a 1-way, 2-way or 3-way system. The friction-minimizing SIL-TEC coating is used on the inner plates.

The CN-HG601-11 chain has an asymmetrical design. The direction of travel must therefore be observed when pulling up. The specially shaped tabs optimize the engagement on the pinion and lead to even smoother gear changes, even under load. To save weight, this chain has recesses on the inner plates. The side with the mark is the outside.
