About Wheels Manufacturing USA
One of the world’s largest suppliers of high-quality bicycle derailleur hangers, small parts, repair parts, and speciality tools. We started in 1988 in Boulder, Colorado as a small machine shop producing cog removal tools and chainring spacers, and quickly grew into a large-scale manufacturing facility producing a full line of small parts totalling over 1000 products. They are now located in Louisville, Colorado, about 10 miles from their original location.
All of their products are made to exact tolerances with the highest quality materials. We have an extensive range of equipment in our machine shop, including CNC mills and lathes, as well as a large array of manual machines and equipment. Their parts deburring and polishing room completes the finishing process to make our products look their best.
